RSD will now operate as a click and collect/online pre-paid order and collect/despatch service only from March 2022.
Please note that our trade counter is no longer operating as before. All orders must be pre-paid and no ‘on-the-day’ exchanges or additions will be accepted. Unfortunately we are no longer able to receive cash payments.
Please follow the below guidance to use this service:
- Material must be ordered online or over the phone. If you order over the phone a pro-forma invoice will be issued to you for payment. No orders will be packed until payment is received in full.
- Collection days are Wednesday 8am – 4pm and Friday 8am – 4pm Only. Orders must be placed no later than 12pm the day before collection day:

- Collections will only be permitted on Wednesday and Friday.
- Orders booked for delivery will be despatched on Thursday on economy 3-5 days. Due to continued disruption to the haulage industry, we are unable to offer guaranteed days or delivery slots at this time.

- No cash payments
- We are unable to take card payments over the phone. Payments can be made through the website or via BACS payment.
- Collection orders are to be picked up within 7 days of order.
- Non-collected items and cancellations will incur a 20% restocking charge.
- All consumables such as trowels, glass and other items must be pre ordered and pre-paid.
- Please consider the weight of your order and ensure you have a suitable vehicle and/or trailer to accommodate. All loads should be suitably secured. All materials will be packed on pallets for collection or delivery.
- RSD does not accept returns either part or full for unused, surplus or incorrectly ordered materials or consumables.
- RSD recommends secure dry storage for all products.
