We will always attempt to deliver your order on the requested delivery date, and as close to the time specified if a timed delivery has been requested, however sometimes problems can occur which are beyond our control, so we cannot guarantee this. These factors, such as increased traffic or road closures, severe weather conditions or delivery vehicle breakdowns are beyond our control and we cannot be accountable for late deliveries as a result.

Cancellation / Returns: Cancelled orders will be subject to a 10% restocking charge if they have not yet been dispatched. If the order is cancelled after haulier collection you will be charged the original haulage charge plus any charges we incur to have the pallet returned to us.
